Ryan Libbey, P.E. founded Premier Engineering & Septic Design in 2023, with a focus on providing quality civil engineering services throughout the Green Mountains. Ryan graduated from Clarkson University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Over the past 10 years, he has worked in various civil engineering disciplines throughout Vermont, prior to founding the company.
